Vendor Policies
Booth Setup & Breakdown
Setup begins 2 hours before event start. All booths must be fully operational by event start time. Breakdown begins 30 minutes after event ends.
Professional Conduct
Vendors must maintain professional behavior and appearance. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
Product Restrictions
No weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or illegal items. All products must comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30+ days before event receive full refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their fee.
