Requirements
Food Truck Requirements
NC Mobile Food Establishment Permit
A current, valid NC DHHS Mobile Food Establishment permit is required. A copy must be submitted with your application.
Liability Insurance
Minimum $1,000,000 general liability insurance is required. Certificate of insurance naming The Events Hub as additional insured must be on file.
Vehicle & Equipment Inspection
All trucks must pass a visual inspection by event staff upon arrival. Trucks that fail inspection will not be permitted to operate.
Menu Submission
A current menu with pricing must be submitted at the time of application. Menu changes must be approved in advance.
Arrival & Setup
All trucks must be in position and fully operational by the posted setup deadline. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot without refund.
Waste Disposal
Trucks are responsible for all grease disposal and waste removal. Dumping on-site is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban.
